We work with Landlords, Letting Agents, Developers and Local Authorities as well as other corporations. We pride ourselves on always going the extra mile for our clients, with a friendly, knowledeable and professional approach.
Our work is carried out by professional and highly trained clerks. Our staff also have a large amount of experience in letting and property management. Pearl clerks follow the guidelines of the AIIC (the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) and ARLA (the Association of Registered Letting Agents) when working for you. We also are familiar with dilapidation guidelines set by the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), DPS (Deposit Protection Service) and My Deposits.
